We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually between 3 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, depending on your order quantity.
We use AnPost and therefore after dispatch your order should reach you in 3 to 5 working days if you choose Standard delivery or next working day if you choose Express delivery at checkout.
Please note weekends and bank holidays are not working days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the value of your order.

If your order is shipped erroneously as a result of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied at the time of the order any and all other additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
All address information must be accurate especially the recipient`s telephone number. Christening Embroidery cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of items if the recipient`s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
All personalised items purchased come gift wrapped in Cello wrap and ribbon. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
It is the customer`s duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for/receive the package. Where the driver is unable to locate the customer to accept delivery, a voice mail or calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the nearest depot. If the recipient fails to make contact in time, the order will be returned to Christening Embroidery and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
If you do not receive your order you must inform us by email at email@example.com and so we can sort out any issues.
